[glow=green,40,700]Bowling Green[/glow] Bowling Green was a super cool tournament. We played 4 different courses, one round per course. It seemed like the wind never quit blowing while we played. I thought that it ran rather smoothly considering there were 700+ players at this tournament. John Nisewonder tied for 2nd place shooting an 8 down for the tournament. Mike Dammes tied for 41th place in advanced masters shooting a 9 up for the tournament. In the intermediate division, the scores were as follows: Fred Williams tied for 66th place out of 247 shooting a 9 up and cashing out. Chad Miller was 2 strokes behind Fred, just missing the cash cut off of 226 shooting a 227 and tied for 83th place. Damon VanSteenburg tied for 160th Place out of 247 shooting a 24 over for the tournament. Bing Beaupre tied for the 204 spot shooting a 34 over for the tournament. This tournament really showed a person just how much every stroke mattered. one or two strokes could move you twenty or thirty places. I had a great time and recommend this tournament to anyone.

No kidding , this was a fun tournament . I met a lot of cool people and played some interesting courses . If I could have shaved two strokes off my score I would have tied for 50th place , three strokes would have put me in 38th . It is crazy how tight it gets with that many people . I think Team Toccoa had the best looking shirts too ! ;D
